Congratulations to Daniel Tome who posted the correct answer first! Indeed it was Gaudi’s Lizard/Dragon from Park Guell in Barcelona, Spain.

Here is the original photo of the graffiti	Here I am posing next to the real thing!

The graffiti was literally right across the street from the real thing at Park Guell. It was very cool to see.
